Data controller

Studio OUROBOROS (EURL), reachable at noel@orbstudio.fr.

Data collected

This site has no user accounts and no form data stored in a database. The only personal data processed are:

  • Emails you send me (contact link or hackathon waitlist sign-up, which opens your mail client): email address, name and message content.
  • Call bookings via Google Calendar: name, email and chosen slot, collected by Google under its own privacy policy.
  • Anonymous audience measurement (see below).

Purposes and legal basis

  • Answering your requests and preparing a business discussion: pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest.
  • Notifying you of the hackathon tool release if you signed up: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Measuring site traffic and performance: legitimate interest.

No data is sold, rented or used for advertising.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These tools set no cookies and cannot identify you: they collect aggregated data (page views, country, device type, browser, load performance, clicks on contact buttons). IP addresses are not stored.

Fonts are served directly by the site, with no call to Google Fonts.

No advertising or tracking cookies are used, so no consent banner is needed.

Recipients and transfers

Data is only accessible to Studio OUROBOROS. It passes through technical providers: the site host (Vercel Inc.), the email provider and Google (calendar). Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

  • Email exchanges with prospects: 3 years after the last contact.
  • Hackathon waitlist: until the tool is released, or until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data: aggregated, kept according to Vercel's retention periods.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, email noel@orbstudio.fr — reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
