Building
Claude Code hackathon facilitation tool
A web interface that takes each team by the hand during an internal Claude Code hackathon: guided checkpoints, session persistence, vibe coding best practices baked in.
Platform designed from the first facilitation mission at Latitude Cartagène, then industrialized to reproduce the format. The site covers the day's three phases: kickoff (intro pages projected by the host, then readable self-paced), framing (per-team co-written project canvas), build (typed handoff cards between roles, hot-editable tutorials).
Step-by-step guide
Each team moves through a structured journey, with contextual advice based on what they're currently doing.
Per-team persistence
The facilitator sees progress, can unblock, can compare. Teams resume where they left off.
Best practices baked in
CLAUDE.md, hooks, agents, context management. Vibe coding that produces durable code, not just fast code.

Internal alpha in progress. The first pilot teams will be facilitated by me directly.
I will only reach out for the tool launch or a pilot.
